The Hailstone Radish is a small globe-shaped radish with firm crisp flesh. The flesh is delicious and holds its freshness for a long time. Grow to about 1.5″ across. Plant this variety very early in the spring in a sunny location as soon as the ground may be cultivated and enriched with organic material.
