Pasture raised jersey fed organic grain daily to add some beautiful marbling to your steaks! These steers lived the best posible life and were very well taken care of! Happy cows = happy customers! There are additional costs for processing 250$ butcher charge and $1.00 lb to have meats cut as you would like and vacuum sealed processing should be complete in June 2024 by outdoor addiction meats,  expected aproximite hanging wieght 7-800lbs for full jersey steer around 22 months of age ..total finished product aproximate 550-600lbs. These our the first cattle we have raised and will.have more accurate weights in future.
